How to Make Delicious biryani?-desi food

Chicken biryani is a favorite dish, it is a favorite of all, young and old, it is a favorite dish of all, which has a delicious combination of spices, which makes the mouth water by the smell of it, it is very delicious in taste.

It is popular in every home of subcontinent Pakistan and India which is cooked and eaten. Chicken biryani can be prepared in unique variations depending on the region’s taste and preferences instead of the great chicken biryani recipe: Bombay Biryani and Sindhi Biryani are the most popular variants.

Chicken Biryani is a favorite dish that is full of spices and is also loaded with fried onions and delicious rice. There are chicken meat and rice made into hot spices, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin powder. You can lose your head. Chicken curry is cooked separately and boiled separately by adding cumin seeds and according to your taste you can add potatoes to chicken biryani. It has carved out a distinct place for them in culinary culture around the world. Therefore, it was also known in early human history as a primary source of seed protein. Although, the biryani is highly associated with human culture across the world. Chicken Biryani is widely prepared in Pakistan as well as parts of South Asia. Ingredients of chicken biryani

  • Chicken – 1.25 kg
  • Rice – 1 kg of
  • Ginger and garlic paste – Two tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Onion finely chopped – 3 medium-sized
  • Tomatoes finely chopped – 6 medium-sized
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Cumin – 1 spoon
  • Coriander – one spoon
  • ground spices powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies – 8 to 10
  • Yellow color – 1 pinch
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • kewra essence – few drops
  • Cooking oil – 1 cup


First put onion in the pot and fry it in oil Until it become golden-brown. And then add the ginger and garlic paste, cumin seeds and turmeric and stir the spoon for five minutes. Afterwords add tomatoes and cook it until tomatoes are well cooked. Add chicken and green chilies. Add ground spices, green coriander and green chilies and mint to it.

Then cook all together for fifteen minutes and boil the rice as well. When a grain remains, remove it and drain the water. Now spread the chicken in the pot with a layer of rice.

Put a layer of chicken on top of it and add yellow color to the milk and mix it with kewra essence. Sprinkle it on top and then cover the pot and keep it for fifteen to twenty minutes.
