- All purpose flour 1cup
- Unsalted Butter/Ghee 1/2 cup
- Sugar powder/Icing sugar 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
To make biscuits at home. First, in a large bowl, take ½ cup of unsalted butter and ¼ cup of powdered sugar. Beat the sugar and butter well with the help of a hand mixer or whisk, also add 1 cup of all purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder and add dried fruits to taste, mix and crumble the ingredients well by hand. Knead the dough finely, mix to knead the dough. Also make sure that when the dough is cut, it has a textured texture. Now with the help of rolling pin make it a little thicker and flatter. Seal the edges with your hand if there are cracks on the sides. Now with the help of cookie cutter, cut to any desired shape. Collect the remaining flour and make sure to make biscuits from it. Place the sliced flour on a baking sheet lined with greased paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated. oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Allow the biscuits to cool completely. When heated, the biscuits will soften, and when cooled, they will roll. Garnish with chocolate and nuts. Finally, the biscuits are ready to be stored in an airtight container for at least 2 weeks.
